Ingredients

for the ground

  • 75 g Butter

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Baking powder

for the filling

  • 1 packet Vanilla pudding
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 2 packet Poppy seed baking
  • 1 cups Sour cream

for the sprinkles

  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 150 g Flour

Instructions

  • For the base, knead the flour, butter, sugar, egg and baking powder into a dough and fill a springform pan with it.
  • For the filling, prepare the vanilla pudding as indicated on the package.
  • Add the poppy seed baking and sour cream and stir well.
  • Smooth the filling on the dough base.
  • For the crumble, work the butter, sugar and flour into a crumble dough and add to the poppy seed mixture.
  • Bake at 180 ° for 45 minutes.
