Strawberry-passion Fruit Mousse and Truffle Praline

Ingredients

Mousse:

  • 4 Packs Strawberries
  • 1 Can Condensed milk
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 300 ml Passion fruit concentrate
  • Gelatin

Praline:

  • 1 Can Condensed milk
  • 3 spoon Cocoa powder
  • 100 g Cocoa icing

Instructions

Mousse:

  • Mix the condensed milk, mascarpone, strawberries and passion fruit in a blender.
  • Add the gelatine and mix again.
  • Then transfer the mixture to a bowl and place in the refrigerator.

Praline:

  • For the praline, bring the condensed milk, cocoa powder and glaze to the boil for about 10 minutes.
  • Then place on a plate and let cool down.
  • Finally shape the pralines with your hands.
