Bresola with Goats and Sheep's Cheese in Truffle Oil with Rocket

Ingredients

  • 150 g Sheep milk cheese
  • 150 g Goat cheese
  • 150 g Bresola
  • Truffle oil
  • 200 g Arugula
  • Oil
  • 1 Pc. Eggplant fresh
  • 1 Pc. Tomato
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • First mix the two types of cream cheese.
  • Add a few drops of truffle oil.
  • Fill the bresola with cream cheese and a little rocket and roll up.
  • Fry the eggplants in oil.
  • Chop both the tomato and the onion and fry in olive oil.
  • Finally, pickle the aubergines.
