- 150 g Sheep milk cheese
- 150 g Goat cheese
- 150 g Bresola
- Truffle oil
- 200 g Arugula
- Oil
- 1 Pc. Eggplant fresh
- 1 Pc. Tomato
- 1 Pc. Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
First mix the two types of cream cheese.
Add a few drops of truffle oil.
Fill the bresola with cream cheese and a little rocket and roll up.
Fry the eggplants in oil.
Chop both the tomato and the onion and fry in olive oil.
Finally, pickle the aubergines.
