Gourmet Fillet Bordelaise from Salmon Fillet

- 350 g Salmon fillet without bones
- 1 little one Rolls (general)
- 80 g Butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees!
Coarsely grate the rolls and mix well with soft butter, lemon juice, mustard, dill, salt and pepper and season to taste. Spread on the salmon and press down.
Put some fat and salmon in a small baking dish. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, until the crust is crispy!
Prepare side dishes as well. With us boiled potatoes with salad!
