Gourmet Fillet Bordelaise from Salmon Fillet

Ingredients

  • 350 g Salmon fillet without bones
  • 1 little one Rolls (general)
  • 80 g Butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees!

  • Coarsely grate the rolls and mix well with soft butter, lemon juice, mustard, dill, salt and pepper and season to taste. Spread on the salmon and press down.
  • Put some fat and salmon in a small baking dish. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, until the crust is crispy!
  • Prepare side dishes as well. With us boiled potatoes with salad!
