Bailey Balls

Ingredients

  • 12 piece Ladyfingers
  • 80 ml Baileys
  • 200 g White couverture
  • 75 g Butter
  • Baked cocoa to roll over

Instructions

  • Crumble the ladyfingers very finely (preferably with a food processor) and melt the butter. Melt the chocolate. Mix everything together with Baileys. Chill for 1 hour, then shape into balls and toss in cocoa or sieve over them. Store in a cool place
