Ingredients

  • 200 g Lamb's lettuce fresh
  • 100 g Figs dried
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 2 Pc. Boiled egg
  • 80 ml Vinaigrette

Instructions

  • The lettuce is washed thoroughly, the figs cut into small pieces, the tomatoes and the hard-boiled egg.
  • With a classic vinaigrette made from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, honey and Dijon mustard, all ingredients are carefully mixed. And it can be served.
