- 400 g Whole wheat flour
- 600 g Spelt flour type 630
- 2 packet Dry yeast
- 200 g Sunflower seeds
- 4 tsp Salt
- 10 g Bread spice mix own composition
- 8 tbsp Herb vinegar
- 800 ml Lukewarm water
Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough.
Divide the pasty dough into two bread molds and let rest for 2 hours at room temperature.
Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 200 degrees circulating air on the 2nd rack from the bottom for about 60 minutes. The cooking time can vary depending on the oven.
Cut the bread into slices on the bread machine one day later. Then freeze in portions. We put the bread slices briefly on our Danish flat toaster to eat. The bread then tastes like it has been freshly baked.
