- 1 piece Cabbage
- 500 g Krilletjes
- 20 g Bacon butter
- 2 tsp Caraway seed
- 1 tbsp Mascarpone
- 1 Pc. Egg
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
Put krilletjes in a steamer and steam until cooked. In the meantime, quarter the pointed cabbage, remove the stalk and cut into fine strips. Heat a pan with a little sunflower oil, add a little caraway seeds to the pointed cabbage strips and bake until it has a nice golden brown color. Season with a little salt & pepper from the mill. Add bacon butter and a touch of freshly grated nutmeg.
Krilletjes don't take long to cook, that means we can go one step further and mash the krilletjes, add a little mascarone and an egg yolk, mix and then add to the pointed cabbage. or underscore.
