Friesenrather Layers, Nut Cake

Ingredients

dough

  • 250 g Cream
  • 350 g Flour
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa

Covering

  • 125 g Margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Milk
  • 200 g Ground almonds or nuts

Instructions

dough

  • Mix all ingredients except the cocoa into a dough.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread half of the batter on a baking sheet.
  • Mix the other half with the cocoa and spread carefully on the light dough.
  • Bake for 15 min, 200 ° C with top / bottom heat

Covering

  • Mix all ingredients for the topping and bring to the boil. (e.g. Thermomix, 5min, 100 ° C, level 1)
  • Spread the topping on the baked floor.
  • Bake 15-20 min, 200 ° C with top / bottom heat
  • Let cool down and enjoy. P.S .: nothing for diabetics ..... topping is very sweet and reminds a little of nut corners. ;-)
