Ingredients

  • 120 g Oatmeal
  • 24 g Linseed
  • 200 g Banana
  • 20 g Protein powder
  • 300 ml Oat drink
  • 300 ml Salt
  • Sweetener
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender or stir by hand. Heat a coated pan, add a little fat if necessary. Now just fry the pancakes and serve with toppings as desired. I chose natural yogurt, almond butter, apple and nuts as toppings. In addition, freshly cooked apple compote.
