- 120 g Oatmeal
- 24 g Linseed
- 200 g Banana
- 20 g Protein powder
- 300 ml Oat drink
- 300 ml Salt
- Sweetener
- Cinnamon
Put all ingredients in a blender or stir by hand. Heat a coated pan, add a little fat if necessary. Now just fry the pancakes and serve with toppings as desired. I chose natural yogurt, almond butter, apple and nuts as toppings. In addition, freshly cooked apple compote.
