Ingredients

  • 60 g Semolina
  • 30 g Instant oatmeal
  • 30 g Protein powder (or more instant flakes)
  • 15 g Linseed
  • 30 g Erythritol
  • 100 g Apple pulp
  • 7 g Baking powder
  • 200 g Natural yogurt / soy yogurt
  • 100 ml Milk / plant drink
  • 100 g Apple
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instructions
