Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection: 160 °). Grease the portion cups. Wash the cherries, remove the stems and stone them. Divide the cherries in the prepared molds.
Dice the butter and knead with your hands with the sugar, flour, cinnamon and almond slivers to make crumbly crumbs. Distribute evenly over the cherries.
Bake the crumble in the oven for about 25 minutes, until the fruits are soft and juicy and the crumbles are golden brown. Remove and dust with icing sugar. Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and serve immediately.
