Apple Quark Cake

Servings: 4 people
For the dough:
- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 25 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Butter
- 100 ml Warm milk
For covering:
- 4 Apples
- 500 g Quark
- 2 Eggs
- 180 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
For the dough:
Sift the flour into a bowl.
Add the dry yeast and mix.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, butter and milk and knead.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough in a springform pan.
For covering:
Peel and core the apples, cut into wedges and place on the dough.
Put the quark in a bowl.
Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and stir.
Put the quark mixture on the apples and smooth out.
Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
