Ingredients

  • 500 g Grapes blue
  • 500 g Figs fresh
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Gelfix 3: 1
  • 0,5 teaspoon Citric acid

Instructions

  • Grapes and figs are from my cousin and aunt. They have a very rich harvest this year and so we are all supplied with it.
  • Wash the grapes, pluck them and turn them through the Lotte liquor so that the seeds are not in the jam. Wash the figs as well and cut off the tip, then cut into cubes. Put the fruits in a saucepan. Mix the Gelfix, sugar and citric acid and stir into the fruit. Bring the mixture to the boil according to the instructions on the packet, make a gel test and then pour the jam into glasses. Close the jars with the lids and turn them upside down for 5 minutes. Let it cool down, write on it and take it to the cellar.
  • TIP 3: If you want, use the hand blender to make the jam a little finer.
