- 1 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
- 2 disc Fresh tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper from the mill to taste
- 4 pinch Dried basil
- 2 teaspoon Sunflower oil
- 2 disc Cheese (any)
This lunchtime I had cut a bread roll to finish baking. Place both halves on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then the slices of meatloaf were added. This was followed by sliced spring onions and 1 slice of tomato, salt, pepper and basil.
Now drizzled everything with a little sunflower oil and put a slice of cheese over it. Cheese can be anything everyone likes.
The whole thing now in the oven on the middle rail at 180 ° upper u. Bake the bottom heat for about 13-14 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Enjoy garnished with tomatoes. Good Appetite.
