Ingredients

  • 3 piece Garlic cloves pressed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper from the mill to taste

  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh

  • 2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  • Rub the leg slices on both sides with salt, pepper to taste and the garlic cloves. Flour a little and fry in the butter on both sides. I take my ovenproof frying pan that has a lid. Clean the soup greens and chop part of the vegetables and fry them together with the onions.
  • Deglaze with the stock and add the herbs. Put the lid on and put everything in the oven at 160 ° upper and lower temperature. Fry underheated on the bottom rack for 1.5 hours.
