- 100 g Grapes seedless red and light
- 3 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Ground almonds
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C O / U heat.
Cut the grapes in half. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Alternately fold the ground almonds and egg white into the egg mixture.
Fill the almond dough into a small, greased springform pan and smooth it out. Then place the grape halves with the cut surface on the dough.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with cane sugar and leave to cool.
