Tortellini with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 400 g Tortellini filled with cheese
  • 3 Pc. Red peppers
  • 4 Pc. Baby carrots
  • 20 g Tomato paste
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Grated mozzarella
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 10 g Some margarine

Instructions

  • Bring the tortellini to the boil briefly in salted water and then rinse.
  • Cut the vegetables into small cubes and fry them in the margarine. Then add the cream and bring to the boil. Season to taste with tomato paste and salt.
  • When the vegetables are firm to the bite, add the tortellini and stir in.
  • Finally stir in the grated mozzarella (or other grated cheese) and serve.
