Put the flour in a mixing bowl and mix with the yeast. Then add sugar, salt, water, olive oil and work with the dough hook briefly on low, then on high for about 5 minutes to form a dough. Finally knead in the roasted sesame seeds. Now cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has visibly enlarged, about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180-200 ° C O / U heat.
Grease a loaf pan about 30x11cm.
Dust the nicely risen dough with flour, take it out of the bowl and knead briefly on a floured work surface. Put the dough in the prepared loaf pan and let rise for another 30 minutes. It should open again nicely.
Then brush the surface of the dough with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
Then place the tin on a wire rack and let it cool down briefly. Then remove the bread from the mold and let it cool down completely.
