Cream Apple Cake

Servings: 4 people
For the dough:
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 75 g Butter
For covering:
- Water
- 5 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 Apples
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 2 Eggs
- 80 g Sugar
For the dough:
Mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg and butter and knead.
Roll out the dough in a springform pan, push the edge up a little and prick the dough several times with a fork.
For covering:
Put water in a bowl and add lemon juice.
Peel, core, eighth and place the apples in the lemon water so they don't turn brown.
Drain the apples and place on the batter.
Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
Put the sour cream in a bowl.
Add eggs and sugar and stir.
Pour the cream mixture over the cake and smooth it out.
Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for another 20 minutes.
