Ingredients

Chicken in sesame seeds

    marinade

    • 1 kl. piece Ginger
    • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
    • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
    • 1 tsp Honey to taste
    • 0,5 tsp Sesame light
    • 0,5 tsp Sesame black
    • Gourmet pepper to taste

    miscellaneous

    • 600 g Chicken breast fillet

    vegetables

    • 2 piece Carrots
    • 125 g Snow peas
    • 1 Red pepper
    • 200 g Fresh sprouts

    Additionally

    • 150 g Vermicelli

    Instructions

    • Peel the small piece of ginger and cut it into small cubes, put this in a bowl. With lemon juice, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sesame light & black and add the gourmet pepper and mix everything together.

    miscellaneous

    • Wash the chicken breast fillet, then pat dry with a paper towel and cut into strips. Then put this in the bowl with the marinade and mix / put together. Let it marinate for about half an hour.

    Vegetables / additional

    • Peel the carrots, core the peppers and wash the snow peas and cut into strips. Take a large pan and add the marinated chicken strips and fry them. Then add the vegetables and steam them.
    • In the meantime, put on a saucepan with water and cook the vermicelli according to the instructions. Drain and drain. Now add the sprouts freshly and steam them, stir. Also add the drained vermicelli and continue cooking in the pan.
    • Season with the remaining lemon juice, salt, gourmet pepper and soy sauce, season to taste. When everything is ready, transfer to deep plates and serve immediately.
