- 5 Pc. Potatoes
- 3 Bottles Beer Hell
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 50 g Bacon
- 100 ml Cream
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
Fry the onion and bacon until crispy and then add the peeled, raw potatoes. Then fry and deglaze with the beer.
Season with salt and pepper and then add the vegetable stock. Then let it cook until the potatoes are soft.
Now puree and refine with butter or cream and season to taste. The soup can be garnished with brown bread croutons and fried bacon.
