Franconian Klopse

Ingredients

  • 700 g Potatoes
  • 400 g Franconian bratwurst raw
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 4 Onion
  • 3 Toes Garlic
  • 0,5 bunch Chives, parsley
  • Salt, pepper, paprika

Instructions

  • Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook for about 10 minutes. Peel, halve and slice the onions and garlic.
  • Press out the sausage meat and fry small dumplings in the pan with a little oil. Add the onions, garlic and potatoes and fry them.
  • Pour in the cream and approx. 1 cup of water and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley and cut salmon rolls.
