- 500 g Plums
- 200 g Butter
- 180 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 5 Eggs
- 350 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 8 tablespoon Milk
- Cinnamon-Sugar mixture to sprinkle over it
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C O / U heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease.
Peel the apples, cut in half, quarter and cut out the core, if necessary, cut into smaller wedges. Wash the plums, cut in half and quarter and remove the stone.
Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix flour with baking powder. Mix alternately with the milk to form a smooth dough. Then fold the prepared apple and plum pieces into the batter.
