Ingredients

  • 300 g Penne
  • 1 Piece Large stick of leek
  • 3 Piece Medium carrots
  • 100 g Boiled ham
  • 1 Piece Knobizehe, if you like, more
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Instant flour
  • 1 tsp Curry (here Indian, spicy)
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 m Milk
  • Salt pepper
  • 100 g Grated cheese to taste

Instructions

  • First prepare the vegetables: peel the garlic clove and chop it finely. Clean or peel the carrots and slice them thinly. Wash the leek and cut into strips. Also cut the cooked ham into strips that are not too wide.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Preheat the oven to 180 ° hot air.

Now everything is moving quickly:

  • Melt the butter in a large pan and let the garlic become translucent. Add the carrots and leek and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir several times. Add the ham and stir in evenly.
  • Mix the flour with the curry well. Likewise the vegetable broth with the milk.
  • Distribute the flour / curry mixture evenly over the ham and vegetables mixture, stir in and sweat for a few minutes. Now add the liquid and bring to the boil while stirring. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Season savory with salt and pepper. Then fold in the cooked pasta.
  • Transfer to a greased casserole dish or use an ovenproof pan straight away. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
  • In the meantime, set the table and then just enjoy. It was very delicious.
