Salmon Turrets on Avocado Bed and Hash Browns

Ingredients

For the salmon tartare:

  • 500 g Sashimi salmon
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt pepper

For the avocado bed:

  • 4 Pc. Avocado
  • 1 Pc. Lime
  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • Salt pepper

For the hash brown:

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Ghee butter oil
  • Salt pepper

Instructions

Salmon tartar:

  • Cut the sashimi salmon into small and medium-sized pieces and season with lemon juice and salt and pepper.

Avocado bed:

  • Cut the avocados into small pieces, season with lime and lemon as well as salt and pepper.

Hash browns:

  • Finely grate the potatoes and mix with the eggs and add a little salt and pepper. Then fry on both sides in a pan with olive oil and ghee butter oil.
  • Then arrange the hash browns on a plate and pile up the avocado bed and salmon.
