Wash, peel and core the cucumbers and cut to 2 cm. cut wide strips. Cut the onions into cubes. Rinse and finely chop the dill.
Fry the bacon without fat. Then add the onion cubes and fry them and let them become translucent. Add the cucumber and season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat. The cucumbers shouldn't pull color.
Dust the vegetables with flour, stir in and mix in the sour cream. Here the heat should be reduced almost completely. Remove from heat, add sugar and vinegar to taste and fold in dill. Now serve the vegetables with boiled potatoes and sausage.
