Turkey Fillet in Tomato - Cream Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Turkey fillet
  • 125 g Cream cheese
  • 400 g Chunky tomatoes
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,5 tsp Thyme
  • 0,5 tsp Rosemary
  • 0,5 tsp Oregano
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Peel and dice the onion and garlic.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat on both sides for 3-4 minutes, then season with salt and pepper, remove.
  • Sauté the onions and garlic.
  • Deglaze with tomatoes, cream and cream cheese.
  • Add the meat and simmer for 10 - 12 months.
  • Kritharaki noodles as a side dish.
