Oil for frying
Instructions
Peel and dice the onion and garlic.
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat on both sides for 3-4 minutes, then season with salt and pepper, remove.
Sauté the onions and garlic.
Deglaze with tomatoes, cream and cream cheese.
Add the meat and simmer for 10 - 12 months.
Kritharaki noodles as a side dish.
