Breakfast: Buckwheat and Tiger Nut Overnight Oats

- 30 g Grated tiger nuts
- 30 g Buckwheat
- 40 g Hearty oat flakes
- 10 g Sunflower seeds
- 1 Pc. Little apple
- 125 ml Oat milk
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Cardamom
- 1 pinch Ground ginger
Grate the apple finely and mix with all the other ingredients in a bowl. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight.
Either eat like this the next morning or top it with fruit, chopped nuts, yoghurt or similar as desired.
