Energy Balls: Chocolate Orange

Ingredients

  • 150 g Hazelnuts
  • 100 g Oatmeal
  • 220 g Pitted soft dates
  • 2 tbsp Raw cocoa powder
  • 3 drops Natural orange oil
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • 30 g Desiccated coconut
  • 5 tbsp Orange juice

Instructions

  • Finely grind the hazelnuts and oat flakes in a blender. Add the dates and mix until finely crumbly. Add the remaining ingredients and work everything into a sticky mass.
  • Roll into walnut-sized balls with your hands and roll in additional desiccated coconut if you like. Store in the refrigerator.
