Plums - Dessert with Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 500 g Plums
  • 100 ml Red grape juice
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp Food starch
  • 1 tbsp Amaretto
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Cream
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 P Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Grated chocolate

Instructions

  • Wash, stone and quarter the plums.
  • Bring the juice and cinnamon to the boil in a saucepan.
  • Add the plums and sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Stir the starch with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth and stir into the compote, simmer for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the amaretto
  • Let the compote cool down.
  • Beat the sour cream and cream until stiff, sprinkling in sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Divide the compote between four dessert glasses or plates.
  • Put the cream on top.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate flakes over the dessert and serve. Good Appetite !!!
