  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 large Diced onion
  • 0,5 piece Old Bun
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 0,5 teaspoon Freshly grated nutmeg

  • 400 g Black Forest ham in slices

  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • Crushed leek
  • 250 Milliliters Water
  • 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese

Instructions

  • Clean the leek and cut into 6 parts. Save the green leaves for something else. Then cut open in the middle. Remove the last rolled leaves from inside.
  • Knead the minced meat well with all the ingredients. Fill into the leek pieces. Wrap four slices of ham around each.
  • Fry the leek pieces brown on both sides in a pan with hot butter. Remove. Fry the ham and onion in the roasting tray. Add the remains of the leek and mix everything together. Pour in the water, bring to the boil and place the fried leek pieces on top. Let simmer on the stove with the lid closed for 10 minutes over the lowest heat.
  • Take out the porre pieces and keep warm. If you like, stir the cornstarch with a little water until the sauce is thickened. Finally stir in the créme fraîche and season again to taste. There was also boiled potatoes. Good Appetite.
