Tomahawk - Steak Fried Backwards

Ingredients

  • 2 Tomahawk steak approx. 4 - 5 cm thick
  • Olive oil
  • Salt pepper

Instructions

  • The steak should be at room temperature.
  • Preheat the oven to 90 °.
  • Rub the meat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place in a baking dish.
  • Leave to stand in the middle of the oven for 90 minutes.
  • The meat should have a core temperature of 50 - 55 °.
  • Heat the pan, add the olive oil.
  • Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Then season with salt and pepper.
  • The meat stays super juicy.
