For the dough:

Instructions
For the dough:
Put the flour in a mixing bowl.
Add the butter, water and salt and knead.
Roll out the dough in a form (24 cm), form an edge all around, then chill for a while.
For covering:
Cut the ham into small pieces and place on the dough.
Hard-boil four eggs, cut into small pieces and pour over the ham.
For the cast:
Put the sour cream, whipped cream and three eggs in a bowl and stir.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir.
Add the frozen herbs and stir in.
Pour the icing over the dough and smooth it out.
Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
