Ingredients

Ciabatta - bread rolls

  • 7 g Fresh yeast
  • 225 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Raw cane sugar
  • 400 g Ciabatta organic flour (soft wheat flour)
  • 5 g Salt
  • 5 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl / food processor and add the crumbled fresh yeast, lukewarm water and the raw cane sugar. Mix everything together. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead or knead for about 5 minutes.
  • Lightly flour the work surface and place the bread roll dough on top. Knead once with clean hands, shape and transfer to a bowl that is placed in a warm place and let REST for one (1) hour. After WALKING, place the bread roll dough again on the floured work surface and grind it round.
  • Shape into pieces of the same size halfway and flour. Put on a floured magic stone or something similar, cover and let RISE again for about 30 minutes in a warm place. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220 ° degrees top / bottom heat.
  • When it is preheated, add the whole thing and bake for about 20 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool down.
