Cheesecake in Glass with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 70 g Cream cheese
  • 600 g Yogurt 1.5% fat
  • 10 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 6 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 12 Pc. Shortbread
  • Berries of your choice

Instructions

  • Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar well. Crumble the shortbread biscuits and fill 1/3 of the glass with them. Then spread the blueberries & raspberries over the top.
  • Now pour the cream cheese cream over it and cool for 45 minutes. Just before serving, pour the remaining berries over the dessert.
