Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves and ginger. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, fry the minced beef in it until crumbly and remove. Add the vegetables (onion cubes, garlic clove cubes, ginger cubes and chili pepper cubes) and fry / stir fry, with sweet soy sauce (2 tbsp), sweet chilli sauce (12 tbsp), dark soy sauce (1 tbsp), mild curry powder (1 tsp), coarse sea salt from the Season the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches) and continue to fry / cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
