First make the dressing from the specified ingredients. Whisk everything together well. If children eat, add the spiciness a little more carefully.
Pour off half of the liquid from the beans, the rest can be added to the salad. Pour into the dressing. Stir. That can go on a little longer.
Now add the other prepared salad ingredients one after the other, except for the cress.
You should only mix the salad about 10 minutes before eating, otherwise it will absorb too much liquid. Season again heartily with salt and pepper.
Spread the cress on top just before serving.
We like to eat the salad with grilled dishes.
