Prawns on Spicy Apple Bed

Ingredients

  • 6 Pc. Prawn fresh
  • 1 Pc. Apple
  • Raisins
  • 1 Pc. Chilli pepper fresh
  • Fresh ginger
  • 1 Pc. Spring onion
  • 1 Pc. Red Onion
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 Pc. Lime
  • Sesame seeds
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt from the mill

Instructions

Marinated prawns on apple / chilli salad

  • Peel 6 sashimi-quality prawns per person and marinate each side with the juice of half a lime for 5 minutes. This is not a Cheviche probe just gives a slightly cooked taste and color in the picture
  • Cut a large slice about 1/4 from the apple, depending on the product, and cut into wafer-thin strips.
  • Core a yellow or red chilli pepper and cut into fine rings
  • Cut a few raisins (6-10) into the finest cubes. Mix everything together with some finely diced ginger and arrange in a "heap". Drizzle with a little sesame oil
  • Cut the spring onion into fine rings, as well as the red onion into fine strips. Serve the marinated prawns on the apple salad, season with a little salt and pepper, sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds and sprinkle with the spring onions and red onions.
