Butter: Truffle Butter

Ingredients

  • 50 g Butter
  • 5 g White truffle fresh *
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Cut the truffle into very small cubes and mix well with the soft butter and the other ingredients. Chill until use.
