Cherry Tomatoes with Basil and Spring Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 fully ripe Cherry tomatoes panicles
  • 2 small Spring onions
  • 2 teaspoon Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 Sprigs of basil
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 2 Pinches Sugar
  • 2 Pinches Pepper

Instructions

  • Quarter the tomatoes, slice the spring onions and place both in a bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar, water, oil and the finely chopped basil, season with salt, sugar and pepper and leave to steep for about an hour, covered. Serve as a side dish .... delicious !!
