Loin with Blue Cheese and Ham

Ingredients

  • 500 gr Loin
  • 150 gr Blue cheese
  • 200 gr Black Forest ham
  • 1 liter Wine
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Potato starch
  • Coarse salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 Cream 19%
  • 2 medium-sized Onion blue
  • 2 medium-sized Oil
  • 1 small Pear

Instructions

  • Clean the loin and cut it lengthways. Cut the cheese into slices and place in the loin. Now wrap the loin with the ham.
  • Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Heat a little oil in a pan, fry the onion and the loin on all sides, season a little.
  • After frying, put the loin in a baking dish and cook in the oven at 175 degrees for approx. 30 to 45. (until the cheese runs out of the loin)
  • Now deglaze the gravy with a ¼ liter of white wine. Put the cleaned and halved tomatoes and the peeled and diced pear pieces in the pan .... keep simmering! Now we add some cream and season the whole thing. (If you want, you can thicken the sauce a little. (Potato starch)
  • Take the loin out of the oven and cut it into slices, add a little sauce and serve with ciabatta and olive bread. Drink the rest of the white wine.
