Cauliflower Cabanossi Casserole

Ingredients

  • 750 g Cream cauliflower frozen
  • 200 ml Liquid cream
  • 150 g Cabanossi
  • 2 Spring onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions

  • Put the cream cauliflower and the cream in a saucepan and simmer for about 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chilli.
  • In the meantime, cut the Cabanossi into slices. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (fan oven 200 degrees). Place the cauliflower in a casserole dish (20 cm diameter). Fold in two thirds of the spring onions. Sprinkle with Cabanossi and Parmesan. In the hot oven on a wire rack on the bottom rack for about 20 minutes Bake. Serve sprinkled with the remaining spring onions and chilli from the mill.
