Spaetzle with Prawns Provencale

Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaetzle
  • 250 g "Provencale" prawns
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 0,5 bunch Leaf parsley
  • Salt
  • Colorful pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the spaetzle al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  • Peel the garlic clove and cut into thin slices. Fry in hot olive oil.
  • Add the prawns to the garlic cloves and fry for about 3 minutes. Now fold in the spaetzle and heat again. Now add the finely chopped parsley, the chilli flakes and the colored pepper and fold in. If you want, you can add some pasta water, then the food will be a little smoother. Ready and serve now.
