Chicken Skewers with Apple and Bananas

Ingredients

  • 450 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Corn oil
  • 1 pinch Cinammon
  • White pepper, salt
  • Gourmet sauce Asia sweet and sour
  • 8 Shish kebab skewers

Instructions

  • Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into pieces. Wash, quarter and core the apple and cut into pieces. Peel the bananas and cut into wide slices. Place the prepared ingredients alternately on kebab skewers.
  • Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the germ oil and cinnamon. Season to taste with pepper. Brush the skewers with the marinade or turn them in them. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Salt the skewers and sear them briefly on the grill over medium to high heat. Then grill on the edge of the grill grate over low heat.
  • Serve the sauce.

Tip:

  • You can also cook the skewers in the oven for 15-20 minutes (electric stove: 200 degrees / convection: 180 degrees / gas: level 3).
