Ingredients

  • 1 Cubes of yeast
  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 110 g Oil or butter
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 120 g Butter
  • 1 Eggs

Instructions

  • Sift the flour in a bowl. Make a well in it, then mix the yeast (crumbled), 80 gr. Sugar, with lukewarm milk (125 ml) and oil or the liquid butter (110 ml / gr.) And cover with flour. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.
  • When the flour has broken open, add the remaining milk, salt and 1 egg. Knead the dough well by hand and cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.
  • The risen dough is spread out on a greased baking sheet. (But please do not exert too much pressure) Poke several holes in the dough with a cake fork, so that it should rise evenly. Cover again and let rise as desired (30-70 min).
  • After 30-70 minutes, make 60-65 indentations with your little finger and fill clouds with butter. If you like, you can let the dough rise again (15-20 minutes). Finally sprinkle with sugar (170 gr.).
  • Bake 5,200-210 ° C top / bottom heat for 14-20 minutes and add a cup of warm water.
