Finger Food: Snack Rolls

- 500 g Flour
- 200 g Sour cream
- 1 packet Yeast fresh
- 250 ml Milk
- Oil
- 1 tsp Salt and some sugar
For the filling:
- 200 g Double cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Seasonal herbs
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 Fresh spring onions, cut with leek
- 150 g Bacon
- 150 g Grated cheese
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 small Onion
- 1 small Leek
Make a yeast dough from the ingredients above and roll out into a rectangle.
Cut the bell pepper, leek, onions and bacon into small pieces and fry (extra bacon). Season the cream cheese with a little cream, herbs and salt.
Now spread the cream cheese on the dough, add the vegetables, the bacon and the cheese, then roll everything up into a firm roll. Cut into about 2 cm thick slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, let rise again briefly, sprinkle with some cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.
