for the dressing

Organic lemon, juice and zest

Trout fillets
Instructions
Mix finely grated vegetables with fresh herbs.
For the dressing, mix all ingredients well, season with salt and pepper.
Marinate the salad with dressing.
Cut or pluck trout fillets into bite-sized pieces and serve with the crispy salad.
