Radish Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Shallots
  • 3 bunch Radish
  • 3 Yellow pepper
  • 3 Red apples
  • 300 g Cheese (Gouda)
  • 30 ml Oil
  • 60 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tsp Mustard
  • 3 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Chop the shallots, radishes, peppers, apples and cheese into small pieces.
  • Prepare a sauce from oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard and honey and mix well with the other ingredients.
