Separate the eggs, beat the yolks with the sugar until frothy, then gradually add the other ingredients. The dough shouldn't be too thin, just give it a try, because I used wholemeal spelled flour and the dough also got a little thicker.
Beat the egg whites into snow and fold into the batter. Then separate the dough and stir in the cocoa in one half.
Now bring the waffle iron on tour and gradually bake the waffles, placing the dough differently on the lower part of the waffle iron.
Whipped cream can be whipped with the waffles and enjoyed with sugared strawberries
